and organization: Based on the principle of a customer focused approach, our company’s aim is: “TO MEET OUR CUSTOMERS’ REQUIREMENTS IN THE MOST EFFICIENT AND ECONOMICAL MANNER”. The company’s management acknowledges that the main factor in maintaining and improving the company’s image as well as in developing a trusting relationship with its customers is the high satisfaction of their requirements. In order to achieve this goal, the company’s management has pledged to apply continuously the Quality Management System which meets the requirements of the ISO 9001:2000 standard. Taking into consideration the aforementioned
Standard, the structural organization of the company is based on the administrative
coordination of the departments by the General Management. The responsibilities
and activities of each department have been specified and assigned according
to the new organization chart, presented below and are described in detail
in the company’s Quality Manual.
Our company’s personnel is based on experienced technicians, who have the necessary skills, and who are continually trained, even abroad when necessary. Our newly hired employees are trained by our experienced personnel, during the first period of their employment and before they take on their full duties. At the same time, they are specialized at frequent informative meetings during the realization of the production process. The adequacy and capabilities of our employees is tested on a daily basis through the realization of systematic quality controls of the production process. The human resources of our company,
